Cooking has always been one of my favorite creative and calming outlets. Growing up, I loved watching my relatives prepare home-cooked meals and share them as a family. I also spent countless hours on YouTube, following some cooking channels like Helen’s Recipes, Honeysuckle, Clean & Delicious, and more, learning from their diverse styles and flavors. In addition, I often found myself browsing the cooking section at bookstores or libraries, flipping through beautiful cookbooks and bookmarking recipes I dreamed of trying someday.
As I got older, my curiosity in the kitchen deepened — exploring ingredients, experimenting with recipes, and creating dishes that reflect both tradition and creativity. Being raised in a Vietnamese household taught me to appreciate cultural dishes and the meaningful stories behind them. It also inspired me to share the health benefits of nutrient-rich ingredients that nourish the body and soul. My passion lies in creating healthy recipes influenced not only by my roots but also by cuisines and flavors from around the world.
Baking, too, has become another creative outlet that I cherish. During my college years, I found joy in watching baking videos and admiring the artistry behind each step. Eventually, I began baking for family gatherings, celebrations, and as thoughtful gifts for loved ones — from loaf breads and muffins to homemade cakes. Seeing people enjoy my baked treats, often gone within minutes, always fills me with happiness.
